It's never too late to turn your life around. This week's guest on the Outside & Active Podcast is Nigel Jones, who found his 'why' when he swapped the casual drink for walks in the wild.
Nigel’s story is a brilliant example of how you can transform your health and happiness starting with one simple change: taking a break from alcohol. This is not only a wonderful story of transformation, it is a fantastic self-help, health and happiness story rolled into one.
He is a Coach & Mentor specialising in self-development, motivation, mindfulness, movement, alcohol-free living and habit change. Helping clients hone their values, beliefs and goals to find their purpose, aiding their well-being and self-development. He is on a mission to share his journey to motivate, educate and inspire as many people as possible to take a break from alcohol and ultimately to LIVE THEIR BEST LIFE.
Nigel has been sober since December 2020 and is on an incredibly long concecutive run of walking 9km before 9am. We take a dive into his journey and learn things which listeners can implement into their own lives.
