It's #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek and this year's theme is Growing Together.
Growing Together is about growing emotionally and finding ways to help each other grow. Challenges and setbacks can help us to grow and adapt and trying new things can help us to move beyond our comfort zone into a new realm of possibility and potential.
Overcoming challenges and stepping out of our comfort zones is at the heart of what the Youth Adventure Trust is all about. This half-term, the young people on the Youth Adventure Programme will be outside building their resilience... and you can do the same!
Check out some of their favourite outdoor ways to boost mental wellness and grow, and if you want to take it one step further, why not take part in the Virtual Resilience Challenge this half-term?
This challenge is a great way to get outside, have fun and build your resilience this half-term. There's still time to register! Find out more at www.youthadventuretrust.org.uk/resilience-challenge
