Dom Ferris

Dom is the founder and managing director of Trash Free Trails (TFT) and learnt his trade during 10 years at Surfers Against Sewage (SAS). But first and foremost he's a bicycle rider, a mountain biker to be exact. From the steep sided, V-brake shredding, hills of Mid-Wales in the early 90's to the backcountry of Oregon, Tibet and the Himalayas, he believes that mountain bikes are the perfect vehicle for 'purposeful adventures'.

Through his ‘natural strategy’ approach, Dom hopes that TFT can come to be recognised as a trusted‘ root system’ for community led stewardship of our trails and wild places.
