David is a BTEC Level 5 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Remedial Therapist, obtaining his qualification at the North London School of Sport Massage.
David has worked with athletes, including marathon runners, crossfitters, softballers and professional footballers.
David’s mission is to use a holistic healing approach to help people feel better and move more through manual therapy. He takes pride in using a whole-body approach considering physical, psychological, and social factors to ensure every client lives in a stress and pain-free body.
Emma has over 10 years of experience in helping coach and build strong runners to conquer everything from 100km ultras to their first 5km.
From being an Under Armour ambassador, to writing articles in Women’s Running magazine, to teaching on the treadmills at Thirdspace London you’ll find her always aiming to share knowledge on running and help you get better.
Her 1-1 online coaching involves training, weekly calls, personalised programming strength and conditioning work and much more.
Charlotte is an ultramarathon runner. Her aim is simple, to encourage others to get active no matter what obstacles they have had to overcome. For Charlotte, this was two heart operations, but this has not stopped her going on to show what the human body really can do.
As an ex professional dancer and personal trainer she has always found the joy in movement and is an advocate for others finding this joy in movement however that may look for them.
Phil qualified in 2008 with an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation from St Marys College in 2006.
He has spent the last 10 years working at Loughborough University Physiotherapy clinic for treating elite athletes of all sports, as well as being the lead physiotherapist for the Loughborough students 1st XV Rugby team.
Phil has also been involved with the GB Bobsleigh, GB Judo squad and Leicestershire County Cricket Club and is currently the head Physiotherapist at Solihull School.
