Competition Rules of Entry

Entries will be selected at random through a random name generator to win with a winner(s) notified following the competition close. 

We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if required.

The competition open and close dates are as per the details on the competition page. 

The winner(s) will be notified by email and have 7 days to respond to notification of being selected as a winner. If no response is received within seven days, another winner will be chosen at random.

For subscription entries, entry is only available through subscribing to the Outside & Active newsletter via the dedicated entry form. You will have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any point in the future.

For social media entries, entry is valid following the rules stipulated in the social media post. 

Any personal data relating to the winner(s) will solely be used as expressed in these terms and in accordance with current (UK) data protection legislation. The competition winners details will be provided to the company providing the prize to complete fulfilment of the prize.

There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the competition, only subscription to Outside & Active newsletter via the dedicated entry form or via social channels depending on competition type.

Entry is only valid to UK residents.

Only one entry per person, additional entries will be disqualified.

Competition is not open to staff of Raccoon Events or the client. 

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by the prize giver to run this competition.

There is no cash alternative to the prize.

For social media competitions including Instagram  like / tag / follow competitions, to qualify an entry, you must like the post, tag a friend in the comments and follow both @beoutsidebeactive and the competition partner.
