Running enthusiasts across the country should save the date for the weekend of the 20-21 January 2024, when the sixth edition of the National Running Show will open its doors at the NEC in Birmingham.
The National Running Show is an unparalleled celebration of everything running, bringing together leading brands, inspirational speakers, expert advice, interactive workshops and community spirit all under one roof. Whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner, a dedicated trail enthusiast, or just starting your running journey, this event offers something for every level of runner.
The show will play host to an enviable speaker line-up including Dame Kelly Holmes, David Weir, Adrienne Herbert, Vassos Alexander and Jamie Baulch and is set to attract over 26,000 running enthusiasts over the weekend.
As well as familiar features such as The Ultra Zone, The Inspiration Stage, The Running Skills Theatre and The Events Village, new features for the 2024 show include; the travelator, the OCR Zone, sponsored by The Wolf Run, the RAB Mountain Running Zone and the Harrier Trail Running Zone.
Leading brands are attending the show and exhibiting the latest products for runners ahead of events in the Spring. Get hands on and buy from brands including 2XU, adidas, ALTRA, asics, Hilly, Hoka, INOV-8, Mizuno, runr, Salomon and Science in Sport.

The sixth edition of the National Running Show will take place on the 20-21 January 2024 at the NEC, Birmingham. Day tickets cost £10 (weekend tickets £18) and are on sale now. Please note following the huge demand for tickets in 2023 the organisers are anticipating the event may sell out, so we are encouraging running enthusiasts to book early to avoid disappointment.
