Outside & Active, a digital hub of information for outdoor enthusiasts, has announced the launch of online live sessions throughout 2023 bringing outdoor enthusiasts a raft of useful tips, techniques, inspiration and passion from celebrated athletes and prominent names. The second edition of Outside & Active Live will air 4th July 2023 opening the digital door to hundreds of adventurers, providing unrivalled access to easily digestible sessions designed to inspire more physical activity outdoors.
The second edition of Outside & Active Live will focus on the topic ‘How to run in our 40’s and beyond’ and will provide informative yet motivational take-aways for all runners. The session is designed to inspire those who are just starting out on their running journey but also, experienced runners who need advice or techniques to improve their running style at 40 years+.
Host, Sally Brider, commented: “We have an incredible outdoor playground at the tip of our toes and running is just one of the ways I love to explore it. As we age, exercise can feel harder so it’s important to know that you don’t need to miss out.
