This week on the Outside & Active Podcast we are figuring out how to rewild our minds thanks to former Royal Marine Commando Nick Goldsmith.
From 2007-2018, Nick dedicated his life to serving his country, completing six operational deployments in some of the world's most hostile regions.
Now, as an international speaker, bestselling author, and the co-founder of Hidden Valley Bushcraft, Nick works with and advises key government bodies and charities on delivering optimal programmes to foster a mentally resilient society.
A crucial part of his work is the globally recognised Woodland Warrior Programme, now in its 7th year, which partners with esteemed organisations like Invictus Games, the Veteran’s Foundation, and the Blue Light Card Foundation. The programme supports Armed Forces & Emergency Service Personnel's rehabilitation using nature's healing power.
