How to watch the Beijing Games for free on TV and online in the UK.
Running from the 4th to the 20th of February (though some events start on the 2nd) with over 109 events across 15 disciplines in seven different sports including some newcomers to this years Olympics.
Beijing is 8 hours ahead of the UK meaning you have to tune in late into the evening or early in the morning if you want to watch the live action, typically starting around midnight and finish typically around mid-afternoon in the UK.
The BBC (BBC One and BBC Two) will host over 300 hours of action with more action streamed via the BBC iPlayer and BBC sport website. Eurosport subscribers can stream online and if you have Discovery+, every event and all the action will be streamed live.
With activities ranging from alpine skiing, biathlon, bobsleigh, speed skating and everything inbetween, kyou can pack out your next 18 days with some inspiring action.
