David Birtwistle is an online health and performance coach alongside being a social media personality. David has appeared on the popular Netflix show, Too Hot to Handle, and is now turning his hand to the world of ultra running. David is taking on the Race to the Stones, a 50km ultra marathon, and is documenting his experience on social media.
David has a decade of experience coaching in the nutrition and movement world but is now heading into the unknown. With a history of strength training and playing Rugby, David has a clear natural athletic ability but how will he fair in this challenge.
