We caught up with Happiness Guru, Danny Bent, at the National Running Show on his recent adventure through Iceland and what's next for Danny as well as a little challenge.
At the National Running Show South 2021, we had a chat with running legend Danny Bent.
Danny has also been was voted one of the happiest people in the UK and one of the 50 most inspirational people in London. He is an award winning author, journalist, Guiness World Record holder and celebrated adventurer and community leader.
You can't not feel infected by his happiness when you meet Danny.
We talked to Danny about his recent adventure across Iceland, what's coming next with his One Run Global Relay (more information on how you can join that here - it's free) and I challenge Danny to see if we can break Mr Happy.
