This week on the Outside & Active Podcast Dom welcomes Caitlin Limmer

In 2004, Caitlin's husband was told she had just 40 minutes to live. This illness, and an additional rare blood cancer, has made her grab every opportunity life has thrown her way ever since - and Caitlin is committed to enabling others to do the same.

Over the past 19 years, Caitlin has run 18 marathons, swum ultra-marathons, cycled the Prudential 100 Ride London, raised thousands of pounds for, and become a Patron of, the blood cancer charity MDS Patient Support Group. 

She is an accredited coach working with individuals and businesses, and is also Running Mayor of West London, Ambassador to Lululemon & Digme Fitness.

If all of this isn't enough, Caitlin has set up a thriving community running club and won the Prime Minister’s Point of Light Award in 2015, being praised by former PM David Cameron for “tireless dedication”.
