Anna Harding - Anna the runner

This week on the Outside & Active Podcast, Dom welcomes personal trainer, runner, journalist, presenter and 'glorious nutter', Anna Harding.

Anna Harding 1

This week on the Outside & Active Podcast, Dom is joined by Anna Harding

Anna’s a familiar face amongst the running community, she has been a presenter on The Running Channel, host at The National Running Show, and has written for publications such as Women's Running

She’s no stranger to races from 5ks right up to multi-stage ultras. Basically, once an idea has been put into her head to do with running, she does it. Like the time her colleagues suggested she run a marathon in her mum’s 20 metre long back garden.
