Join us for a running adventure with Elise Downing how to plan how to (or how not to) plan.
This session will be followed with a live Q&A - submit your questions in the comments area during the live stream.
In 2016, Elise became the first woman and youngest person to run 5000 miles self-supported around the coast of Britain. She ran up to 40 miles per day, carrying her kit on her back and along the way stayed with more than 200 complete strangers, ate a lot of cake and developed a debilitating fear of farmyard animals. She still likes to run a long way regularly, dabbles in wild swimming, and 'Coasting' (the book of her ten-month coastal adventure) is due to be published this summer.
